Duties and Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and react positively to customer requests.
  • Utilize an effective communication approach to convey characteristics of the proprietary trading platform and the Forex market to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain client database and filing system.
  • Process clients’ account applications and documents.
  • Liaise and maintain excellent relations with different parties to ensure performance and service level meet with the company’s standard.
  • Explain to the client about the company profile, products, service, and MT4 platform.
  • Support Sale Department and clients to fill forms and applying online application.
  • Cooperate with the Sale Department to process new account openings for clients.
  • Verify clients’ inquiries with supporting documents, Matrix system, and MT4 manager.
  • Call confirmation with clients for account opening, change information, withdrawal big amount, and change new password.
  • Back up clients’ inquiries in Account Opening Record.
  • Filling client agreement in both soft and hard copies.
  • Check online deposit and withdrawal requests.
  • Process deposit and withdrawal requests with related departments.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports of deposit and withdrawal.
  • Filling supporting documents of deposit.
  • Processing change information for clients
  • Solve customers’ requests and complaints timely via LiveChat, Email, and Phone.
  • Observe system problems and clients’ feedback then prepares a report for the manager.
