Admin/HR Officer

Job Description 

  • Ensure the daily and monthly attendance report is properly monitored and recorded.
  • Assist inspecting and recording the attendance and absence of staff and report to their Head of Department.
  • Prepare Staff Move In/Out, Work Book, Medical Check Up, Physical Certificate
  • Update the Master List of Employee, prepare the ID card, Ties/Scarf, employee checklist and the Personal Files for every new staff.
  • Update the monthly report of leave consumption and roster of respective department.
  • Coordinate with IT department to create and/or delete the emails and fingers for the new and resigned staff.
  • Assist in managing every process of recruitment and selection.
  • Provide the support in coordinating the interview schedule and identifying the potential candidates.
  • Update the probation list and coordinating probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal.
  • Review and answer correspondence
  • Provide secretarial or executive services to the committees such as taking minute of meeting, drafting a letter to authorities etc.
  • Prepare Meal Allowance & OT for staff (Properties)
  • Prepare Purchase requisition order and Advance form
  • Manage different documents from all departments
  • Ensure office administration i.e., stationery and issuance is properly controlled, managed and recorded.
  • Ensure electricity and water supplied for office and showroom used are properly managed and paid on time.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1years of working experience as Admin and HR Officer
  • Must have business proficiency in Khmer and English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and problem -solving skill
  • Demonstrate initiative, commitment and responsibility to deliver results before deadline.
